To cast the refreshing breeze spell, the mage must wave a fan in his face while sighing contentedly. The spell causes a light breeze to spring up in a 10 meter square area, refreshing those within. The final Result Points are the number of shock points of damage that may be removed. This spell effects friend and foe alike.
